Optimist Hotel Istanbul

The hotel is great location in the historic center, with fine views of the Blue Mosque from my room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff, especially Mustapha, was attentive and made sure I had a great stay. The Turkish breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. I highly recommend Optimist for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

Optimist Hotel was awesome! The owner's warm welcome, amazing views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, cozy rooms with good views, soulful breakfast, and attentive staff made our stay nice. We can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again.

The hotel's location was amazing, right in the heart of the city. I could easily access all the popular tourist spots and it made exploring Istanbul very convenient. The staff was friendly and cute. On arrival, they offered me complimentary tea and even waited for me as I checked in late at night. They also provided early breakfast for me the next morning, great as I had an early flight to catch.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the central location of the hotel. Being in the heart of the city allowed us to easily explore Istanbul's attractions.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was unbeatable, right in front of the Blue Mosque and in the yard of Sultanahmet Park. We were able to enjoy beautiful views of the hippodrome square and the mosque from our room. The hotel facilities were great, withsuper clean and cozy rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a platter of Turkish cheeses, olives, and fresh vegetables. The staff were great too make us feel welcome and at home. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, breakfast, and wonderful staff.

It is just a short walk from the Sultan Ahmed tram station, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with panoramic windows and a greenhouse effect that is balanced by the efficient air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, treating guests like family. The Turkish breakfast served in the cafe downstairs is delicious and the wifi signal is strong.
